of quality assured blends, polymeric compounds and much more, applicable in the diverse fields of printing, pharmaceuticals,
automation, etc. Our extensive product range includes Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Nylon6 & 66 (Polyamide), Blends, Polycarbonate (PC), Acetal (POM), TPO, and Cable Compound (LVCC1). Our
speciality job is to present the right product at the right time, at

are in the form of polymer coloring, compounding, blending, grafting
and other modifying and even complete formulations to meet unique specification and requirements of the clients. We possess a sound infrastructure armored with advanced

manufactured at our unit can be suitably modified to meet individual requirements for a specific
application. For example, they can be matched to specific color
requirements, glass fiber reinforced, impact modified, UV additive, anti-static, flame retardant, mineral filled, antibacterial properties
or any other specialized needs. Our polymer
compounding skills are applied to enhance and enrich the polymer
properties to make them suitable for diverse applications, where the original
base polymer would not fulfill the need.

Our Infrastructural Setup
The major reason behind our company's impressive monthly production capacity of 120-140 MT is the ultra modern unit located in Peenya Industrial Area with 10000 sq. ft. built area (6000 sq. ft. available for immediate expansion). The highly accessible unit is located at national highway, connecting Mumbai, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Chennai; is equipped with imported Co-rotating intermeshing Twin Screw extruder (having PLC controlled touch screen) and other machinery. Hence, our company is capable of meeting the challenging needs of polymer applications for the automotive, communication, electrical, electronics, and other sectors.
Undertaking development trials with min. 2kgs.-5kgs., our company observes adequate Research & Development to produce small quantity batches at faster development with minimum cost. Our extrusion lines are ideally suitable for:
